Yes. Free is free for as long as you like: one listing, verified review collection, a reply to every review and the basic widget. No card, no time limit.
Do I need a card to start?
Not for Free — no card, no time limit. A card is only needed when you move to Growth or Pro, and you can cancel from the dashboard at any time.
Do you charge per review, per invite or per location?
No. A plan is one price a month with everything in it. Pro covers as many locations and products as you have.
Can I change plans later?
Any time, from the dashboard. Moving up starts straight away; moving down takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card, through Stripe, monthly. Cancel from the dashboard whenever you like and the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for.
